ADDITIONAL CHARGES- If your pickup location is not listed as a choice on the reservation page, there may be an additional fee- please call us for details. Because we base our prices on round trip times, if you desire to be dropped off somewhere other than your pickup location, the price remains the same, or there may be an extra charge to extend your ride.
CANCELLATIONS- There are no fees to move to another date or time (except Holidays) if 1 hour notice is given. If you must cancel, there is a $10.00 cancellation fee. If less than 1 hour notice is given, the full amount will be charged.Holiday Reservations All sales are final but will fully refund if we must cancel our carriage rides due to weather conditions, If you must cancel your reservation and a 12 hour notice is given, we will give you a rain check for another date.
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration of the services of A Austin Texas Carriage, Die Gelbe Rose Carriage & Associates of these carriage companies, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as "AATCC,DGRC & ASSOC"), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge AATCC, DGRC, & ASSOC, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
Furthermore, AATCC, DGRC, & ASSOC. employees have difficult jobs to perform. They seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant's fitness or abilities. They might misjudge the weather or other environmental conditions. They may give incomplete warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used might malfunction.
By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against «abbreviation» on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein.
I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.

WEDDING CARRIAGES & SPECIAL OCCASION RESERVATIONS:
Information below will apply to down town reservations, out side of town email your request
to us for a detailed price quote.WEDDING PACKAGES- provides you with 1-hour use of an elegantly decorated white or black wedding carriage, driver in black formal attire and a "Just Married Sign". Specific carriages may be requested- requests are first come, first served.

All reservations are set in our date book when the deposits are received.
PAYMENT- We require a deposit of 1/2 of the total price, $50.00 of which is a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee. The balance is due when the carriage arrives at your location. Gratuity for the driver is required for all wedding carriages and deeply appreciated.
OVERTIME CHARGES- We are usually available to stay longer if needed- overtime charges are $30.00 every 15 minutes and are due at time of service.
INCLEMENT WEATHER - All of our carriages are equipped with convertible tops to protect our passengers if the need arises. However, in the case of severe weather conditions, you may cancel your service with a minimum 12 hour notice and receive a refund of your deposit (minus booking fee), or move your reservation to another date for no additional charge.
DOWNTOWN TOURS, ENGAGEMENT, ANNIVERSARY & ALL OTHER SPECIAL OCCASIONS - will reserve on our standard tour carriages unless you book under the wedding carriage pages.
LARGE EVENTS, MULTIPLE CARRIAGES, OR OTHER VEHICLES - Like our 9 passenger carriages, Cinderella carriages,
Horses Drawn Hearse, Wagons, Wagonette's, Covered Wagons, Sleighs, Stagecoaches, People Haulers, and Funeral Hearses
